Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use the arc website and apps, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
What we do
We check our pages with automated accessibility tools and by hand. Text meets contrast guidelines in light and dark mode, pages are organized with headings and landmarks, buttons and pictures have labels for screen readers, and everything can be reached with a keyboard. If your device is set to reduce motion, our pages stop moving pictures and show still images instead.
Known limits
Some pictures show screens from the app, so their small text isn’t readable as text; the same information is described on the page. The short videos of the app have no sound. We’re working to improve these.
Tell us
If something on our website or in our apps is hard to use, please tell us through Connect. Let us know the page and the problem, and we’ll work to fix it and help you in another way in the meantime.
