Terms of service
Last updated October 31, 2026
Name change
On October 31, 2026, Integrate Pro, Inc. changed its name to Arc Pro, Inc., and Integrate is now called arc.
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Arc Pro, Inc. (“arc”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using our website and apps, you agree to them. If you use arc for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so. You must be at least 18 to use arc.
Your account
Keep your login details private and make sure the information on your account is accurate. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, including what your team members do. Tell us right away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, as shown on our Pricing page. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires.
Prices don’t include taxes, which you’re responsible for. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price change takes effect on your plan. If a payment fails, we may limit or pause your account until it’s paid.
Payments you collect
Payments you collect from your own customers through the app are processed by our payment processor. To use payments, you must accept the processor’s terms and pass its identity and business checks. Payment fees are shown on our Pricing page.
You’re responsible for the payments you request, including refunds, chargebacks, disputes and the fees that come with them. We or our processor may deduct these amounts from your payouts or charge them to your payment method on file.
Your data
You own the information you put into arc. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run and support the service for you. We may use information that has been combined and stripped of anything that identifies you or your customers to keep the service working and improve it.
You can export your information at any time. After your account is closed, you can ask for an export for 30 days; after that, we may delete it.
Your customers’ information
When you add your customers, team members and suppliers to arc, you’re responsible for having the right to do so and for any consent the law requires, including before you send them emails or text messages through the app. We process that information for you, on your instructions.
Catalog, prices and designs
Product details, photos and prices in the catalog come from manufacturers, distributors and other sources, and may be wrong or out of date. Check them before you quote, sell or order.
Design Lab and the other tools help you plan and document your work. You’re responsible for your designs, proposals and installations, including following building and electrical codes, product instructions, licensing rules and safety practices.
amp and AI features
amp and other AI features can make mistakes. Review what they prepare before you send, book, order or charge anything. Only use amp by voice when it’s safe and legal to do so, and never in a way that takes your attention from driving.
Beta and coming soon
Features and apps marked beta or coming soon may change, may not always work as expected and may be removed. They’re provided without any promise that they’ll become available.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to break the law, send spam, upload harmful code, copy or resell the service or its catalog, try to access accounts or data that aren’t yours, or interfere with how the service runs.
Other services
arc works with services run by other companies, such as payments, maps, email, text messaging, app stores and the integrations you turn on. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we’re not responsible for them.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Our property
arc, its apps, design and content belong to Arc Pro, Inc. These terms give you the right to use the service; they don’t give you ownership of it. Other product and company names shown on our website and in the app belong to their owners, and showing them doesn’t mean they endorse us.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t make any promises beyond these terms, including that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, arc isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against arc because of your use of the service, your content, your installations or your breach of these terms, you’ll cover the costs and losses that result, including reasonable legal fees.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. The sections on payments, data, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and disputes continue to apply after your account is closed.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If you have a concern, contact us first; most problems can be solved quickly that way. If we can’t resolve it within 60 days, either of us may start binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, held in San Antonio, Texas. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, or ask a court to stop the misuse of our property or data.
Claims may only be brought individually, not as part of a class or group action, and you and we each give up the right to a jury trial. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises.
Apps from app stores
If you download arc from an app store, these terms are between you and us, not the app store. The app store has no duty to provide support or maintenance and isn’t responsible for claims about the app, but it may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary. You confirm you’re not in a country under U.S. embargo or on a U.S. government restricted list.
General
You agree that we can send notices and other communications to you electronically, by email or in the app. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We’re not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control. If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies, and not enforcing a part isn’t a waiver. These terms are the whole agreement between us about the service.
Changes to these terms
If we make important changes, we’ll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
