Name change

On October 31, 2026, Integrate Pro, Inc. changed its name to Arc Pro, Inc., and Integrate is now called arc.

Overview

This policy explains what information Arc Pro, Inc. (“arc”) collects when you use our website and apps, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, email, phone number, company and the details of your team members.

Business information you add: customers and their contact details, sites, proposals, designs, projects, schedules, products, invoices, service tickets, notes and photos. You own this information; we store and process it to run the service for you.

Team member information: if your company uses Human Resources or time tracking, the details it adds about its people, such as roles, hours and pay.

Location: if a feature asks for your device’s location and you allow it. You can turn this off in your device settings at any time.

amp: what you ask amp, by voice or text, and its answers.

Payment information: payments are handled by our payment processor. We don’t store full card or bank account numbers.

Usage information: basic information about how the app is used, such as device type, app version and error reports, so we can keep it working and improve it.

Messages you send us: what you tell us when you contact us.

How we use information

To provide, support and improve the service; to process payments; to send you account and service messages; to keep the service secure and prevent fraud; and to meet legal obligations.

When you use amp, your requests and the information needed to answer them are processed by our AI service providers to carry out what you asked.

How we share information

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service (such as hosting, databases, payments, maps, email, text messaging and AI), when you ask us to (for example, sending a proposal or invoice to your customer), as part of a merger or sale of our business, or when the law requires it. Our service providers may only use it to work for us.

Your customers’ information

When a company uses arc, it decides what information about its customers and team members to add, and we process that information on its behalf. If you’re a customer of a company that uses arc and have a question about your information, please contact that company first. Messages from that company, such as proposals, invoices and texts, are sent at its direction; reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage, to keep you signed in and remember your settings, such as light or dark mode. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites.

Keeping information safe

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private.

How long we keep information

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. When you close your account, you can ask for an export for 30 days; after that, we delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable time.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your information in the app, export it, and ask us to delete your account. Depending on where you live, including Texas, California and other states, you may also have the right to know what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and to appeal if we decline a request. To make a request, contact us through Connect. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.

Where information is stored

Information is stored and processed in the United States.

Children

arc is built for businesses and isn’t meant for anyone under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we’ll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email.
